Bill is the Global Lead for Connected Vehicles at ConsenSys, Inc. His group is helping automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers to navigate the new world of blockchain as it relates to the vehicle itself. ConsenSys is a venture studio designed to help companies take advantage of the power of blockchain. The company focuses on equity investments, consulting services and education all to advance the decentralization of information and identities.
Over 30 years Bill helped start and build 3 national sales forces and was involved in 3 IPOs and 2 acquisitions. He has national and international channels experience in both start-up and large companies. With extensive capital raising experience he helped raise early round capital from GE and Bank Boston. Over the years Bill has developed direct executive relationships with Ford, Bosch, FEV, Charter Communications, Sprint, MCI, Wells Fargo, Qwest, Visa, Johns Manville, Disney, Walmart, Home Depot just to name a few. Hobby’s include fly fishing, golf, travel and has recently started to learn to cook more complex meals than boiled eggs.
