Chauncey is an attorney at Husch Blackwell where, in addition to mergers and acquisitions, he
focuses his law practice on domestic and international securities transactions and U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance. A former member of the SEC’s Division of
Corporation Finance, Chauncey is regularly called on to advise on debt and equity offerings,
stock repurchases, share exchanges, recapitalizations and equity compensation. Relying on the
breadth and depth of his transactional and regulatory securities experience, Chauncey has
counseled foreign and domestic coin and token issuers on a range of issues including, financing
strategy, corporate structuring, SEC disclosure requirements, broker-dealer registration, and
exchange registration.
