Justin founded PR and marketing firm, Cast Influence after serving in senior marketing roles in-house for 17 years. He manages strategic operations for the company, oversees brand positioning, and informs the engagement strategy to enhance clients reputation and awareness. Justin has experience in marketing, operations, sales and business leadership, with proven success across the broad spectrum of today’s marketing channels. He’s passionate about helping small and midsize businesses (SMB’s) revolutionize how they bring products and services to market, creating meaningful experiences with their customers. Most recently, Justin was the Vice President of Marketing at Ajubeo, an IaaS platform for CIOs, where in 15 months, he increased the rate of inbound lead generation by 1,200% and grew sales and new business revenue to $500K to $1 million per quarter, leading to a successful exit in 2017. Previously, he served as Director of Marketing and Sales at Bross Group, was on the board of the Colorado American Marketing Association and the marketing co-chair for the Society of Information Managers 2014 signature event, SIMposium. He holds a marketing degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
