Regulatory Actions Impacting Cryptocurrency and ICOs
This presentation will provide a summary of the regulatory actions that have shaped the current cryptocurrency and ICO landscape.
Mitchol Dunham is a law student at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. During law school, he worked closely with Professor Randy Robinson on issues surrounding cryptocurrency and ICOs. He contributed to Robinson’s forthcoming law review article entitled The New Digital Wild West: Regulating The Explosion of Initial Coin Offerings. He is currently serving on the Executive Board of the Denver Law Review as the Online Editor. Mitchol’s professional and academic interests center around the intersection of law, technology, and privacy.
