A former General Counsel for a prominent institutional bond manager and family office, Bob has been an instrumental contributor in creating Wyoming’s favorable ecosystem for blockchain businesses, as well as an ambassador having spoken about Wyoming at events in Tokyo, Zurich, Dublin and Dubai, among others. Bob is admitted to practice in 5 states, including Wyoming, and serves as a Chairperson arbitrator for FINRA, NFA and the London Court of International Arbitration.
