Joel Telpner is a partner in Sullivan & Worcester’s and head’s the Finch and Blockchain practice in the New York office. With more than 30 years of legal and business experience, his career includes time spent as an AmLaw 100 partner,  and a former U.S. general counsel of a global financial institution.

In January 2018 he presented the keynote speech “ICO s – Best Practices” at the World Economic Forum’s Blockchain Central in Davos, Switzerland. And has involvement in  policy initiatives on global regulatory issues for blockchain on behalf of the Global Blockchain Business Council, the Blockchain Research Institute and Wharton Reg@Tech.

Mr. Telpner is venture capitalist and a  highly sought-after legal advisor in the blockchain space. He is actively working with a large number of clients in structuring token distributions and enterprise blockchain applications.
